The Lodge is an eighteenth century building but with a modern interior. It has an excellent
restaurant where food is prepared with great care.Nearly three dozen of us had a superb lunch at the Lodge again this year. We were able to keep the price at £14.75 (or £7 for children) which, given the excellent quality of the food, represented superb value for money.

Starter: French Onion
Soup or Smoked Salmon Salad (with Citrus Dressing)
Main Course, choice of:
Baked Chicken Supreme in Red Wine with Wild Mushrooms
Grilled Salmon with Taragon and Lime
Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables with Feta Cheese in a Pastry Case
All served with roasted new potatoes & a selection of vegetables
Followed by: Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce or Raspberry Creme Brulee or Selected Cheeses
Tea or Coffee was an additional charge this year.
