Horton-cum-Studley lies between Beckley and Brill, 4 miles North East of the Oxford ring road at
Headington and a couple of miles North East of the Beckley TV mast.
From the Headington Roundabout on the A40 take Bayswater Road (signed "Crematorium"). If you come
along the Oxford Northern Bypass from Cheltenham it's the first exit from the roundabout. If
you come along the A40 from London it's the last one.
Beware the humps going down Bayswater Road, and carry on up the hill past the crematorium to the
B4027, (about 2 miles). Go straight across the staggered crossroads. (See The Lodge sign.)
Go past Beckley and after a further two miles you will arrive at Horton-cum-Studley. After the sharp
right hand bend The Lodge is on the right.
If you are coming down the M40 from the North you can leave at Junction 9, follow the A34, turn left
onto the B4027 and come through Islip to Beckley. Then turn left as above for Horton-cum-Studley.
If you are coming up the A34 from Abingdon you can use either the A40 or the B4027 as above.
